*A minimum of 3-5 years of successfully managing a direct sales team with an engineered products firm
*Current or previous experience in Conveyors, Packaging Equipment, Fluid Power and/or related products
*Proven ability to target key accounts and balance the regional distribution goals to achieve maximum results
*Successful experience managing an effective CRM system to track key KPI’s resulting in profitable sales growth
*Exceptional communication and leadership skills that have proven effective with your sales team as well as Executive leadership
*A minimum of a BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
