Flexible Packaging Sales Representative

 

An Industry leading manufacturer of INDUSTRIAL flexible packaging including shrink and protective packaging, reflective insulation and laminated structures has created an exciting new role based in the Southwest region.  Reporting directly to the Director of Sales this person will play a key role in driving 2026 growth by enhancing current client opportunities and enhancing strategic business partnerships.   This highly visible position will be essential for promoting key innovative and sustainable solutions to its clients and its partners.

Key responsibilities to include…..

*Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with clients and partners

*Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share

*Identify and cultivate new clients and market segments across the Region

*Identify key decision makers in potential new customers while adding key influencers

*Negotiate and close profitable business agreements with key clients

*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects success

*Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze market trends to anticipate customer needs

 

The successful candidate will possess….

 

*A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development ideally in the flexible packaging sector

*Proficiency with CRM tools, project tracking and office software

*BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field

*Proven ability to travel up to 50% primarily in the Southwest region

*Strategic thinking and analytical skills

*Excellent communications skills both externally and internally

*A “can do” attitude with ability to positively influence others

*Successful experience selling standup pouches and laminated structures is a strong asset!
